Who local delivery is for
Local delivery is available to Florida addresses inside our supported service area, selected at checkout under delivery method.
The local delivery fee is a flat $19.99, regardless of order size. Outside the service area, standard shipping applies and is free on orders of $99.00 or more.
How the delivery window works
After your payment clears, we contact you to confirm a delivery window that works for your schedule.
Someone 18 or older must be present to receive the order. Missed windows may require rescheduling and an additional delivery fee.
Your order record and notifications are updated as the status changes, so you always know where things stand.
Pickup by appointment
Pickup is free. You'll receive a pickup-ready confirmation before collecting your order.
Bring your order number and a valid government-issued photo ID matching the order name.
Orders not collected within 14 days of the ready notice may be cancelled and refunded, less any applicable restocking fee.
Florida sales tax
Florida state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout for taxable orders delivered or picked up in Florida, and may apply to the delivery charge as required by Florida law.
