If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You confirm that any payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

Product images on this website may be samples, display models, representative photos, or stock images. Images are provided for reference and may not depict the exact unit shipped to you.

Colors, packaging, finishes, and accessories may vary. Always read the written product title, condition, description, and included items before purchasing.

Each listing states the item condition, which may be New, Open Box, Refurbished, or Pre-Owned. Written descriptions and specifications control over images.

We work to keep descriptions accurate, but listings may contain typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Comparison prices reflect typical retail pricing we have observed and are shown for reference only, not as a guarantee of current pricing elsewhere.

If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund for it.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and begin processing.

We may limit quantities, decline, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or resale-driven.

Payment is authorized at checkout and captured when your order is processed. You authorize Nexx Vault to charge the total shown, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

Card payments are processed through an encrypted payment path. Nexx Vault does not store full payment card numbers.

The first-order discount applies once per customer, one time only, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

Promotions may exclude clearance, bundle, and open-box items, may require a minimum purchase, and may be capped at a maximum discount amount.

We may withdraw or modify any promotion, or reverse a discount used in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

Applicable Florida state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout for taxable orders delivered or picked up in Florida, and may apply to delivery charges as required by Florida law.

Where required by law, tax may also be calculated for other destinations. Tax amounts shown at checkout are estimates until the order is finalized.

Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Transit time depends on destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Nexx Vault is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Local delivery is available only within our supported Florida service area and only to the address provided at checkout.

Someone 18 or older must be present to receive the delivery. Missed delivery windows may require rescheduling and an additional fee.

Pickup is by appointment only after you receive a pickup-ready confirmation. Bring your order number and a valid photo ID.

Pickup orders not collected within 14 days of the ready notice may be cancelled and refunded, less any applicable restocking fee.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier for shipping, or handed to you for local delivery or pickup.

Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can open a carrier claim.

Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition with all included accessories and packaging. A return authorization is required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 5–7 business days. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Items returned incomplete, damaged by the customer, or outside the return window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Final-sale and clearance items, opened software or digital content, gift cards, earbuds and in-ear audio with broken hygiene seals, and personalized or engraved jewelry are non-returnable except where required by law.

You may request a change or cancellation before an order ships or is dispatched for local delivery. Once dispatched, the return process applies instead.

Except where a manufacturer warranty is expressly stated on the product page, items are sold as described without additional warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexx Vault disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Brand names, model numbers, and trademarks are used for identification and compatibility reference only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Nexx Vault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any manufacturer unless expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexx Vault's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item.

Nexx Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or loss of use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure.

You may not scrape, resell, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to this website or its systems.

We collect only the information needed to process orders, provide support, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

By placing an order you agree to receive transactional messages about that order. Marketing messages require opt-in and can be stopped at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
