Shipping, Local Delivery & Pickup

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Transit time depends on destination and carrier service.

Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. Below that, a flat $9.99 shipping fee applies.

Tracking is added to your order record as soon as the carrier scans the package.

Local delivery is available within our supported Florida service area for a flat $19.99.

We contact you to confirm a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive the order.

Missed windows may require rescheduling and an additional delivery fee.

Pickup is free. You'll receive a pickup-ready confirmation before collecting your order.

Bring your order number and a valid government-issued photo ID matching the order name.

Orders not collected within 14 days of the ready notice may be cancelled and refunded, less any applicable restocking fee.

Florida state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout for taxable orders delivered or picked up in Florida, and may apply to the delivery charge as required by Florida law.

Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can open a carrier claim.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
