Order information: name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents and order notes.

Account information: email and password credentials handled by our authentication provider, plus any profile details you add.

Technical information: basic device and usage data needed to keep the site secure and working.

Payment card data is handled through an encrypted payment path. Nexx Vault does not store full payment card numbers.

To process, deliver and support your orders, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Placing an order means you receive transactional messages about that order. Marketing messages require opt-in and can be stopped at any time.

Order records are retained as required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.

Access to customer data is restricted to what is needed to run the store, and account data is protected by authentication controls and row-level access rules on our backend.
